LFW 2010

My new Office shoes were liked a lot! Good... because I love them!!

I have been lucky enough to spend the last few days hanging out at Somerset House at London Fashion Week. And what a week it has been, it was the first time I got to experience the buzz of fashion week and I loved every minute. I saw some amazing street style! I even got to see the tops dogs in the fashion world as they walked from taxi to runway. Here is one of me getting papped by Marie Claire!

Check out the rest of the beauties hanging out in the court yard:

Look Fashion Show

Just before ours went down the run way! It looked really good even if I do say so myself!
As the show started!

One of the coats from DP! I loved this!

Last Friday I was lucky enough to go to the 'Look' Fashion Show! It was amazing I had such a fun time. When we arrived there was plenty to do until the show started. We had acts live on the stage including Diana Vickers, who looked amazing. A cute little photo booth for friends to capture their moments. Office and Benefit had stands of product. you could even get your make up done! With food and drink what more could you have wanted. When we took our seats we were welcomed by a little look goody bag. Then High Street brands hit the catwalks showcasing their AW1o/11 product. I did try to take photos but they kept blurring and I wasn't concentrating on the clothes! Here are a few your have to wait until the rest come out in Look!

I also got papped by 'LOOK' photographers check it out here and the rest of the party:

Been a hectic week to the start of catwalks. London started today and I can't wait to see what London's finest has to pull out the bag! my week finished on a total high when I went to Look Magazine's fashion show today. Feeling for the beatnik look and the new office shoes! love the tan vintage inspired square heels perfect to wear on a daily basis! Lounging around in fashion joggers! Everyone at work was shocked by the casual Hayley! I tried out my vintage velvet purple leopard very Biba.... felt great apart from feeling far to white (must use some fake tan)! And oh my Topshop cape it has been really chilly this week early morning so thought it was time for the cape to come out..... I was also photographed by 'Look' mag in it!!

What I am wanting to wear!

Lots of Orange and white coming through. But quite a few are showing this minty green! I know a similar colour was around last season but I am still feeling for this especially on the sheer!
The Derek Lam 70s flare!

The cropped/ midi trouser! I have my AW version but maybe they will hit down more in SS!

Sheer trousers and lace trousers I have been going about this for a while I love them!

Slouched khaki cropped jumpsuit... perfect for those throw on days!

The Shirt dress, preferably the longer length but the broidery Anglaise!

More tailored dungarees, I love these 70s style dungarees. Especially with the more flared leg!

The suit, Seeing more of this coming through I am really feeling for this, shorts or trousers I want to get suited and booted!

I already have a wish list of what items I want to be wearing, here they are so far!

Catwalks SS11 New York

I love how soft the florals are. Taylor's bang on with her sheer shirts, Midi lengths and 70s flare. I would have her collection please!

New York is never one of the most inspirational of the fashion weeks. So I am waiting for the excitment to come from the next 3 weeks. Never the less there are always so winners who go to New York. I am loving Marc Jabobs and Rebecca Taylor. In particular the 70s styling coming from them! I want some of those 70s flares, Derek Lam has the perfect pair in perfect 70s shade!
Check ou the colour rang Marc has used. I am looking forward to seeing Marc by Marc which should be up today and Proenza Schouler which shows today!

Offset Festival

The midi and maxi coat... loving the new lengths. Especially the lightweight camel mac perfect for transitional and in the most wanted colour!

Velvet: one of the biggest fabrics for AW.... Looking good in the purples and browns!

The Teddy girl look coming through more and more! Style up the 50s look with brothel creepers, black skinnies, tartan and chunky knits!

Again printed cord shorts this time. Toppers have lots of printed cord in at the moment. These look great with the shirt and the satchel. I love the briefcase styling!

Oversized denim.... we have been seeing more of the oversized jacket. This jacket/shirt looks fab oversized and rolled up sleeves! Watch out for this!

Velvet, Camel boyfriend coat and the shirt! Perfection! Loved this TP coat looks great with the tonal shirt and velvet skirt!

Military jackets still there looking good in the thicker cottons! Love it teemed with the round sunnies and boots!
How cute does this look.... 'the Shirt' styled up with the crop jumper! I love it especially moving away form the white into the mustard rusty coloured shirts!
Everyone was wearing fur if not as a trim like this young lady a full on fur coat!! They looked amazing! Defiantly a fur season!

Cord is finally get it's fashion credentials back!! No longer is it old and you can get some lovely lightweight handles! I loved this girl with her crisp white shirt styled with cord short! The shirt is still the most popular choice for the top!
